HERE'S THE DEALIO

1. You've been frugal, fiscally responsible, or lucky enough to accumulate the roughly $500K cash or cash-equivalent it takes to open a Jimmy Hula's.

2. You or one of your principals has a background in restaurant operations as an owner, multi-unit franchise partner or operations management executive.

3. Franchisees may sign a Reservation Agreement which gives them the exclusive development rights for a specific number of restaurants in a particular territory.

5. Sign a Franchise Agreement. Each restaurant has its own separate Franchise Agreement. Each agreement provides a 20-year right to operate as a Jimmy Hula's, and contains all terms and conditions pertaining to the operation of the restaurant.

4. After a Reservation Agreement is signed and a territory is reserved, the site selection process begins in search of the next Jimmy Hula's.
