HERE'S THE LOWDOWN

Back in the day, Jim Hartman was one of the Florida's biggest fast-food franchisees. But his true passion was traveling the world with his family, scoping the best beaches, hangin' with the locals, and discovering bold new flavors. He learned that the best surf towns always had big appetites, casual attitudes, and killer grub.

In 2007, "Jimmy", as the locals came to call him, decided to ditch the fast food joints and create something that reflected his passion for fresh, vibrant ingredients and a cool atmosphere. With his son Zach's help, they combined their experiences, travels, and philosophy to launch a new and exciting fast-casual restaurant.

 

The first Jimmy Hula’s opened in Winter Park, FL, on March 25, 2011, and we've been spreading Good Vibes and #FoodNirvana ever since!
